I deliberated for some time before penning this post. Is it appropriate to add on to the millions of theories on the fate of MH370 when at this exact moment there are people grieving deeply about their loved ones who were aboard the flight ?. A moment of silence before I continue any further. With all due respect to all involved , I have three theories which I want to put forward regarding what led to flight MH370 travelling in the end in almost exact opposite direction to its original destination (assuming it ended its journey in the Southern Indian Ocean, as confirmed by Inmarsat ) . 1) Got Lost Theory :  There could have been a onboard technical event that progressively reduced the aircrafts communication abilities without the pilots necessarily noticing it i.e ACARs going off , transponders going off and potentially the ability to making may day calls going off . Will the Russian engagement in Crimea set the tone for neo-colonial interventions in future ? I admit it is bit of a unique situation with Crimeans themselves appearing to be confused about their identity . There is one country which is watching closely and presumably seeking to cultivate such confusion actively (if not already). China must surely be encouraged by the response of the international community to the issue ?.
