God Bless MH370..
I deliberated for some time before penning this post. Is it appropriate to add on to the millions of theories on the fate of MH370 when at this exact moment there are people grieving deeply about their loved ones who were aboard the flight ?. A moment of silence before I continue any further.
With all due respect to all involved , I have three theories which I want to put forward regarding what led to flight MH370 travelling in the end in almost exact opposite direction to its original destination (assuming it ended its journey in the Southern Indian Ocean, as confirmed by Inmarsat ) .
1) Got Lost Theory : There could have been a onboard technical event that progressively reduced the aircrafts communication abilities without the pilots necessarily noticing it i.e ACARs going off , transponders going off and potentially the ability to making may day calls going off . Potentially this degeneration in capabilities also led to a lose in the navigational abilities of the aircraft ? In the end did the plane just get lost and kept going due south after the initial turns trying to get to land ?
Questions unanswered : there seems to have been more than one turn in the flight path, was there no such device on the flight that indicated the flight was going in a direction of no hope ? It is believed that the flight dropped in altitude multiple times , why was that ?
2) Asylum Theory : Were the pilots trying to get to Australia and seek asylum and loose their way in the process ? Also they were trying to navigate with their transponders off through an area that is rarely monitored by military radars and satellites which adds to this suspicion.
(Only recently an Ethiopian airlines co-pilot diverted a flight to Zurich seeking asylum , these are very different circumstances but still was that something that inspired these pilots or crew or some passenger/s ?).
Questions unanswered : Flight should have turned east if Australia was the final destination and not west, was this a calculated move or not ? if it was how come the flight did not turn east after crossing the Indonesian archipelago ?
3) Lethal Cargo Theory : From the remoteness of the final location of the aircraft , one idea to be probed is whether the pilots intentionally chose a remote location to run out of fuel and crash into the sea ? Was there some sort of lethal articles on the flight that led the pilots to steer away from normal course and follow a path of least harm for people on ground in case of a crash or explosion ?
Again the idea behind putting these forward are also as alternates to the more grotesque idea of this incident being some sort of an elaborate suicide scheme
God Bless !!
